How much can a wood stove heat?
Depending on the model, anywhere from a single room to most of a house. Each unit lists a heating range, and our team will match one to your square footage and layout at your appointment.
Do I need a chimney for a wood stove?
A wood stove needs a proper chimney system, either an existing masonry chimney with a liner or a new insulated stainless chimney we install with the stove.
Are today's wood stoves cleaner than the old ones?
Yes. The EPA-certified stoves we carry burn hotter and cleaner with far less smoke, and many hold a fire overnight on one load.
